Diet day 3 and 4

The nightmares have started for real now. It is not a great idea to watch a Burger King commercial right before bedtime. Dancing and singing, delicious woppers is not what I need right now.
Day 3:
B-fast - 1 cup of black coffee and one piece of toast
Lunch - 2 boiled eggs, one piece of ham and one tomato
Dinner - Boiled brocoli, one tomato and one fruit
Day 4:
B-fast - 1 cup of black coffee and one piece of toast
Lunch - 1 L juice and 3 dl of naturel youghurt
Dinner - 250 g keso, one carrot and 2 eggs
Stood on the scale this morning and 2 kg less... Yippie! I am so going to finish this!
