Diet dag 2
So far no direct hunger feelings. However i was feeling really sick yesterday afternoon and evening.
BUT I am very motivated, watching biggest loser helps the motivation!
Todays fantastic meal is:
Breakfast - One cup of coffee with sugar
Lunch - 10 pieces of ham and 3 dl of youghurt
Dinner - 250 gram steak with a salad, lemon and olive oil
Cross your fingers and I will need al lthe support I can get!
